At SPW Branded, we understand that timing is critical when you’re preparing for an event, trade show, or marketing campaign. This Delivery Information page outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your promotional products.
Processing Time
Standard Production: Most orders require 3–7 business days for production (e.g., imprinting, decoration, or assembly) after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Rush Production: Expedited services are available for an additional fee. Rush orders (1–3 business days production) must be confirmed with our customer service team before placing your order.
Artwork Approval: No production begins until you have approved your digital proof. Delays in approval will push back your estimated shipping date.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We partner with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to offer reliable delivery across all 50 U.S. states and territories.
Ground (Economy): 3–6 business days – Best for non‑urgent orders and larger quantities.
3‑Day Select: 3 business days – Recommended for standard campaigns.
2nd Day Air: 2 business days – Ideal for last‑minute needs.
Next Day Air: 1 business day – For urgent events or same‑week deadlines.
Freight (LTL): For bulk orders over 150 lbs or palletized items – transit time varies by distance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order through your account dashboard on our website.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
Total weight and dimensions of the package(s)
Shipping method selected
Destination zip code
For orders over $500, we offer free standard ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories; oversized items may incur additional fees).
Important Notes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes via expedited methods. Please provide a physical street address for rush deliveries.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
